We just learned today that Washington Capitals president Dick Patrick has generously offered THREE pairs of tickets to the team's first playoff game, which will be April 15. These seats are in Section 112, Rows R and S, near the blueline. These are among the best seats at Verizon Center. The bidding for these and other items will open at noon on Friday and end promptly at 3:00 p.m. Saturday.
You do NOT need to be present on Saturday to win, but you do need to enter your bid in person at the Gardens Ice House. The three pairs of tickets will be separate auction items -- so three people can win one pair. Let the bidding begin.
