You may know Duff Goldman from the "Ace of Cakes" show on the Food Network. What you may not know is that he's a big hockey fan and a former player for the University of Maryland-Baltimore County (UMBC). Duff has graciously agreed to create a cake for the USA Hockey Disabled Festival, and we're hopeful it will be featured on "Ace of Cakes" in the future. The cake will be unveiled during opening ceremonies April 9 at 8:00 p.m., and it will be consumed immediately after that!
